Event registration payment is required to attend the event. This includes all meals, speakers fees and activities, but does not include rooming. You can read more details about lodging and fees below.


We strongly encourage you to stay onsite with us! If you are sharing a room and not choosing random roomates, the room will be paid in full by one individual in your group. It will be the responsibility of that person to collect from the other ladies in the group if the cost of the room is being split among all of you! We have set up rooming arrangements at Lake View Lodge & Koehler Lodge at Windermere Conference Center. Conference events take place in Lake View Lodge.  Rooms will be filled on a first come, first serve basisРLake View Lodge will be filled first and overflow will be placed in Koehler Lodge (a nearby lodge at Windermere). Each room can sleep UP TO 6. Please note that there are TWO BUNK BEDS and one full bed.  For more information on the amenities visit: Winderemere Deluxe Lodging.

When registering for lodging, please provide the names and emails of all those that will be staying in your room with you. If someone in your group has already purchased the room, please list their name in the roommate question.


Don’t know anyone coming to the retreat, but don’t want to room alone? You can select to be placed in a RANDOM room. All random rooms will have up to 5 occupants.


Save some money by gathering a group of ladies to come with you! The Friend Packages include a discounted registration fee for 4-6 ladies and one lodging room. Please be ready to provide the e-mail address for each friend in your group.

Early Bird Rates end July 31: $84
Regular Registration 8/1 to 10/15: $104
Late Registration 10/16 to 10/31: $130


We are opening registration early so that you can have advance time to plan if you are working with a budget! Discount codes are available for single moms, students as well as first time attendees of The Heart Retreat who are expressing a financial limitation. If you or a friend are in need of assistance please contact Jill Lillard to request a discount code.

There are no refunds. However you may transfer your tickets to someone else.
